Two for Tea?In yet another futile attempt to fool the American people, the British have attempted to decide on our behalf that we should only receive our tea from the British East India Company. Instead of absorbing the financial burden themselves, they have again limited our freedom and attempted to disguise their motives with slightly cheaper tea. It is only fair, therefore, that we have reacted as we have with many tea parties, the most notable taking place in the city of Boston on December 16, 1773. There will no doubt be a strong response to these demonstrations of patriotism, but they will only help to make our struggle stronger. The ways of the British are outdated and only through these constant reminders of their flawed system will they learn that the only solution to our common problems is liberty. Just as their tainted and cursed tea never reached the colonists, their attempts to fool the colonists will never succeed and will only strengthen our resolve to become independent.
